Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as pet food or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Please note that E-Petland will not be held responsible for goods that were damaged upon delivery or stolen. We may be able to help you find a solution in cooperation with your local post office, or issue a compensation/replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us no longer than 10 days after the delivery was made.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We can process order cancellations only within an hour since the purchase was made. That timeframe can be extended to 24 hours, given that the order has not yet been processed/shipped.
We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped or processed.
Late/Missing Delivery Refunds
We can consider a parcel lost and issue a full refund if the delivery time extends beyond our expected delivery timeframe and after 14 business days have gone by without a status update.
To return your product, you should mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive the shipping label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless mentioned otherwise in communication with customer support.
